FLASH: Animated Button Down States..

I have a request that I think some of you can help me with.. Albiet this may

strike some as simple here is the size of it:


I Created a Flash site this weekend. Everything looks great; the movies run;

the symbols, lined up.. But there is one little problem that is racking my

brain.. One of my buttons isn't working. Well, it works, except for the down

portion..


I've created the up, over, and down states for the button.. The over and

down states each have small movie animations for states.. Over works fine

but the down state requires me to 'press and hold the mouse button' to

complete the entire animation.. 


This is my problem.. I want to merely click on the button, watch the

animation stream out and then set a frame action to goto the next scene..

Instead I have to press and hold the button until it plays through..


I've tried just about every 'MouseEvent' combo imaginable and I'm looking

into the 'If' statements also.. But, I fear my problem stems from something

extremely simple that I am overlooking.. 


Any Ideas?
