ok cool.


the tell target part is what I cannot figure out.


what happeneed is I created the the movie symbol with the alpha page, beta

page, omega page etc.


the movie clip is fine. the trouble I am having is at the last part where it

goes >> Finally... << the linking of each menu button to that particular

page.


I drag in the movie clip in the main screen and then I go to the second

keyframe or the Menu Open keyframe.


I double clicked the alpha button and aply the action Tell Target. but I do

not see the My Pages symbol on the right hand side. <<<---- that right there

is where I cannot understand whats going on.


so tell me if there is any different command? or what it is. maybe the

tutorial was written for flash3, and flash 4 might be a little different? I

have no idea


please guide me on this
