RE: FLASH: Shape Tweening

Sorry forgot to add the "break up your images totally" bit. Make sure

that flash basically treats them as any other vector shape. ( To test if

they are broken up totally either try and break them up more or move

your cursor to a line in your picture, you should be able to move it

independently of the rest of the image )

Do these steps exactly and it should work:


* Place the picture of the bottle on the first frame

* Trace it using the trace command

* Place the picture of Italy on the last frame, make sure its on the

same layer

* Trace it aswell

* Insert as many frames inbetween as you want

* Double click the frames inbetween the first and last frames

* Go to Tweening

* Select Shape from the drop down list

* Click ok


The frame space between the first and last frames should now have a

green background and have a arrow from the first to the last.

Hmmmm, tried that & it does a pretty good job.  Still, when I go to play

it,

after the first frame, I just get a blank screen and the in the last

frame

my picture of Italy pops up.

Sure is...  select the image, go to MODIFY - Trace Bitmap


You will have to play with the settings in there to get it right... it

will

probably never actually look as good as the real picture but the client

will

have to deal with that..
