and, starting at this link, be sure you check out the Quicktime movies
embedded in each page:

Those movies (again, found on each page, don't overlook them) are just
lightweight examples of what you can do. You'll need a few things to
integrate with Flash, and I admit that a lot of Flash is
pure-operator-dependent, but, once you know how to exploit it, you can
shave tons of time off of numerous ops, particularly when it comes to
site updates.
Now, if we could just get MM to truly support AS in Flash, so we don't
have to hack to get what we want.
