The same way as in any other program before publishing the
swf, the fonts come from the local machine. When the swf is
created the vector outlines of the fonts used are included
in the swf.

This mainly a problem when transfering .fla (unpublished
flash files), _not_ swfs-unless you have used fields w/o
including the outlines of the fonts. For maintaining fonts
in .flas, simply install the fonts on both (or all) the
machines you are working on. The fonts in the published swf
(being the vector outlines of the letters used) will look
the same anywhere.
