Make the loaded movie the same size as the main movie,
position the element in the loaded movie where you like it,
leaving the rest of the loaded movie blank.
For instance:

the nav menu on left is the only element in a movie with
the same dimensions as the movie below it. (If I recall
both are 640x550). Empty space in a movie adds very few if
any bits to the file size, btw.
