Flash has no way to control volume on the fly, unless the sound is set to
stream and you use the sound volume handles in the sound properties window
to control this. There are only 8 handles per sound incident, however.
Flash is quite limited in this respect. Also by using scenes you will run
into trouble with sounds and movie clips.
