FLASH: Flash 4 and the Sega Dreamcast

Does anyone know if folks who browse the web using a Sega Dreamcast

are able to view Flash 4 content?


If so, is it because the plug-in is already packed with the browser,

or do they need to dl it into the DC VMU, or...?
