I don't think there are any simple answers to your question, but here are

some thoughts.  


First, I looked at your HTML code.  Would it solve anything to edit

"bck_space_color.gif" and shrink the height 10 pix?


As far as changing the position of everything in the whole .fla movie...


are you aware of "edit multiple frames button" just above the stage...just

below the frames?   It can be used to select everything within a scene

simultaneously and moved.  Very useful.  Of course, if you have many many

scenes this lovely little button won't change the fact that its still kind

of going to be a slow process.  O well.  Maybe you were aware of this and

were hoping for a simpler solution?
