I'm guessing thsis is because some of your firends have the Flash4 plugin,
anbd so will be able to hear MP3 sound (Flash4-only), while others have the
Flash3 plugin, and can't hear the MP3. They will still see the animation,
but can't hear the soundtrack.

Solve this by using ADPCM compression, and export as Flash3 .swf--or
go ahead and use MP3 and Flash4, and maybe provide a link to downlaod the
latest plug.

Hope this helps.
