You could do this in a couple of ways. Make the word in your text the
same color as the background which would hold the place but make it
invisible. Then create a button with the word in the same type style
and point size. Just put the button word over the invisible word in
the text. Or you could keep the word in the original color and make a
rectangular transparent color button placing it over the word which
would highlight it. In either case the over state could include the
definition or you could incorporate a tell target action to a mc with
definitions.
