FLASH: fill-out form to e-mail

Hi All!


Happy Eve of New Year's Eve!


I'm trying to figure out the best way to do a fill-out form that e-mails 3-4

fields of information to an e-mail address. Can anyone point me to a book or

on-line tutorial that explains this?


I'm having trouble finding any info, but I'm not exactly sure what to look

under, "text field?" "form?" "groovy e-mail form?". I'll blame my denseness

on my nasty head cold!
