FLASH: RE: flash and Dreamweaver

Does anyone know the tag for a Flash file in a dreamweaver Frameset? 

I am mac and what I have done works well in netscape /mac but not 

I.E./pc. The site is andrewsdesign.com. Thanks Jon Andrews
