FLASH: using password

Hi list, I hope somebody can give me a hand with this, it's kinda urgent.

I've been trying to use the password tutorial from Flash Magic but I can't

get it to work with Flash 5. Unfortunately I forgot my own example at work

so I can't explain right now what I was doing. Well, I was literally doing

the same as in the book, but I realized that the book-example doesn't work

either. If somebody knows what I'm talking about and knows an anwser or a

hint in the right direction, please reply!

If not, I'll try to explain it better tomorrow. I'm almost reaching my

deadline, so excuse me for this more or less, hum, misty request...
