FLASH: Netscape & Flash Problems!

I'm having problems with Flash and Netscape.

I used the EMBED tags from PUBLISH in Flash 4.0, however Netscape 4.05 doesn't respond to this code.

It just gives a puzzle piece.


I looked at various sites that can run Flash.  My code looks like it should work.

What's the problem?

I've been informed to get the server's MIME changed, however, that cannot occur.  My site host won't do it.

And I see other sites that work fine with the MIME still set at TEXT/HTML.

Please help!
