A fine solution can be the javascript:

function apri()
{
window.open("FILENAME.swf", "Aniflash", ["menubar=no resizable=no
scrollbars=no toolbar=no width=800 height=500 left=112 top=134"])
}
</script>

You can show or hide the navigation buttons of explorer changing the values
for menubar ecc, like menubar=yes or no...
