FLASH: do you know of any online Flash training classes???

Hey, I'm looking for online training/classes about Flash 5.


Looking for something that is NOT about the basics; I want to 

understand how to make the structural components of Flash work 

together to create an attractive and interactive Flash movie.


Okay, please don't tell me about any of the following places, I'm 

already aware of these:

I would really appreciate any suggestions anyone has!
