If it's a fullscreen browser window you're after, just copy the javascript they use in the index.html page.
I couldn't find any toggle button anywhere though, maybe I overlooked it.

If you want to control/toggle the fullscreen size of the browser from within your flash movie, you do need an fscommand in your
movie, but thh actual resizing will be handled by a Javascript in the html page. Unfortunatly I'm not capable of writing such a
script. Maybe someone else can help you out on that.
