Subject: | FLASH: Video in Flash |

I'm wondering what the most effective way
to display video in Flash is?
I will most likely incorporate QuickTime videos
into the site, and I'm wondering how to
do this?
I know of 2 possibilities:
1. Using JavaScript
(_blank window popup option)
2. Putting the Flash file in one section of an HTML
table and the video in another.
Anyone else have any suggestion/ideas/solutions?
