Hi:

Try www.aquent.com in the free tools section...

They have print and PDF versions of their "Web Skill & Salary Guide" as well
as their print version of the "Aquent Survey of Design Salaries 2000" which
breaks down salaries based on skill set, national, regional and local
criteria.

This is a general guide for web skills but also covers art, animation and
Flash skills...

I just got mine in the mail after a couple of weeks and it's an informative
guide useful for figuring out what the market is like.

It even shows what kind of perks people in our profession are getting such
as 401K, insurance, etc...

I apologize for bringing this inquiry up once again...
I will be brief...
What would a Flash animation artist, with moderate actionscripting and great
design eye (3 years Flashing experience with 3 fully flashed websites) be
asking for a full-time salary in the SF Bay Area.

Experience also includes couple years of very nice printwork, html coding
and illustration. But, flash motion animation is his passion.

Please feel encouraged to reply off the list.
And, by the way, your input, even a range, would be very welcome.
