BUT. I really don't think this or the hotjobs.com salary guides are helpful 

to a Flash animator position.


It is too unspecialized a listing.


The Aquent.com pdf is pleasant, but the job description they use that is 

closest is a 2D animator....this is listed by the Hour as a contract worker.


I am full-time and the salary is not easily interpreted.

range (Hell, just to keep up with the cost of living! :-O


It is bloody expensive in SF!
