I'm not sure if this is the situation there, but please remember to allow
some time for the internet to deliver the external data before using it...
once you request some data, try looping in a frame until those variables
show a value before trying to use them.
(It also seems like the data is retrieved as a variable named "text", but
is later accessed by the variable name "matter1"... I may be misreading the
script though.)
