I hear you. <g>  Fortunately, they only install their first ActiveX Control

once. Those who have already visited the Microsoft site are already

familiar with the process.


But what you mention there, of arranging things so they're as seamless as

possible for as many as possible... that's another key aspect of design.

Important stuff.
