Perhaps this need would be met by a list of URLs for said tutorials. We are
likely all compulsive book buyers, but why bother taking the time not to
mention money, if all the info's already in place? Right here where I am
sitting now? Erik are you listening?

Good "stuff" Jeff, and I agree. I don't believe we need to support an
author who's done little to amass available knowledge and present it in a
coherent form. We can do this for ourselves, *here*.
