You can tell a sound to loop if you simply right click in one of the frames
of the sound. Then, you will see the different tabs.

Click the sound tab and identify the number of loops you wish to have the
sound play.

Is it possible to make one layer continually loop.. such as music, while
other layers play once?

Can multiple layers in a scene each have a loop or only one layer per scene?
