FLASH: loading screen?

hey guys, 

is there anyway to have some sort of "loading" screen

coming up when a flash movie is loading? my movies

tend to be fairly long so itd be nice to have some sort

of indicator or even a loading bar.  would this be a

flash thing or a html thing?
