FLASH: Flash and javascript and Netscape

I have this movie in flash that communicate with javascript thru

FSCommand. It start my javaengine in my browser the first time i open

Netscape and then my flash. It take about 20sec for the java to start.

Is there a way to avoid this? Why does it do that?
