As noted on that list, such a thing should be possible... the Flash file
format has been openly documented since April 98, and so it's possible to
edit parts of that file in other applications.
Dreamweaver 2 doesn't edit SWF links... work was put on integration and
scripting abilities instead. If you'd find DW editing of SWF URLs to be
useful in your daily work, then please drop a line to
