Subject: FLASH: Actions with Buttons
From: Hiroshi_Nakahara

I'm working on an animation where I have a safe that opens and closes when you
toggle the on and off button. When I click the "on" and "off" buttons, I have a
go to play action where I have the flash skip to part of the scene where it
animates the safe to open or close and then it stops. The problem is...if the
safe is closed and the user clicks on the off button...the movie will go to play
where the safe is already open and will close. I hope this is making sense. Is
there a way to see if the animation safe door is open first by checking to see
if the movie is on a particular frame first before the animation "close" action
is activated. Is there another way to do this?

Hiro
