This being an open list, anyone who has an email address can subscribe.
Although the prevailing atmosphere on the list is one of fairness and
generosity, I don't think you can assume everyone is going to behave
ethically. Plus it's sometimes a fine line between being inspired by an
idea and stealing that idea. So I think you need to be realistically
cautious. If having your idea used by someone else is a critical concern,
you should not advertise it here. Sorry -- wish it were otherwise.
