Hi, Simon, and welcome to the group!

If your new web site is all contained in one Flash movie, then, with the fla
open, go to File...Publish Settings and pick at least the formats "Flash"
and "HTML" - you can review these settings in the tutorials that came with
the program if you want to see the different options. For now, just pick
these two & leave the defaults, and hit "Publish" - this will create an HTML
page with the same name as your movie, as well as your SWF file.

Then, all you need to do is FTP the HTML page AND the swf file to your web
site.
(If your movie calls additional movies in a "load movie" command, you will
need to upload those additional SWF files as well) and yes, it is that easy!
