Many new features in Flash 4, especially with the inclusion of ActionScript.

Can anyone tell me if it is worth my while upgrading from Flash 3 to 4. I've
had Flash 3 a couple of months and am wondering am I better off waiting for
Flash 5 to come out. Are there many new features in Flash 4????
