FLASH: FLASH MP3 files

Does anyone have experience of optimising WAV files before MP3 compression

within Flash 4? Voice-overs (originally 44.1khz 16 bit stereo) sound unclear

and "buzzy" when Flash converts them to MP3. Strikes me one ought

to be able to compensate for this in a sound editor first by adjusting eq or

other processing.
