Hi,
It will be released soon. Sometime next week I hope, but I am not making
promises because I was already proven wrong once.
Why is it late? Lots of factors---most recently it has been the team doing
the web pages and download pages associated with it holding it up, but
really it has been delayed a bit here and there are every step, but no one
significant reason.
Regards,
