Hi Helen,

the way I do it is to import the quicktime movie, then put as many
frames as there are in the quicktime... (making sure the framerate is
the same)

then make the movie dimensions the same as the quicktime, then export as
a bitmap sequence, then you can import all the bitmaps into a new flash
movie and drop as many frames as you can (you will have to drop HEAPS)
your movie won't be as smooth as the original, though that's the
internet for u...

depending on what the content in the movie is, you might be able to drop
lots more keyframes in sections where there isn't as much critical
action...
