well my opinion,


 always gonna be someone, somewhere trying to cut- throat your business. No 

matter what business you are in.


 Explain to the people. the situation, and see what they say. Stay 

professional at all times.  If you do lose the contract they probably will be 

back knocking on your door. After all sooner or later there is no more code 

to be stolen.. correct?
