It may be more of a plugin problem, if the browser doesn't have a high
enough Flash player (I'm pretty sure it has to be 4 at least, but I'm
not positive) then you will get the problem you described. If I were you
I'd just put a sniffer on the file, I actually like Macromedia's version
the best. I'm sorry I don't know the url to that tutorial, but if you
want I'll describe how to do it.
