There is a background color setting in the Flash code (object and embed)
that you need to play with. Currently you have one color chosen in the HTML
body tag (#999966), another (#ffffff) in the object code (which affects
I.E. PC) and a third (#cccc99) in the embed code (which affects primarily
Netscape). Easiest approach is just find these using a text editor and
change them all to the value you want.
