SIMULATED CITY

I would like to have a movieclip on a flashpage to change according to what

month we are in. F.x: If it is in january I would like the movieclip to

trigger a label called "snow", and if we are in june I would like the

movieclip to trigger a label called "sunny". I also would like it to change

by night and day...

I know this might be possible with the use of a digital clock, but I can not

seam to make it work. 

Can anyone help me with this? (or perhapps if anyone hava a better

solution...I would be very greatfull!)
