Halo effect!

Hello everybody,


I would be grateful if anybody could help/advise me as to how to do a halo

effect like the one at the ford motor company's site (the only way I know of

getting to this site is to go to www.eye4u.com, click on the showroom button

and then the ford motor company website). There's a kind of halo effect at

the beginnning before any text appears and I'm just wondering how this is

done as I want to do achieve a similar effect. Are there any tutorials or

example fla's out there. I've looked everywhere but cannot find anything.
