OK, it has been verified that this works with NS6 *and* some versions of IE

5.5 (which apparently was a problem too.). I am wondering if this is the

cross platform popup script now (thanks Niklas).


I know many of you hate popups, but sometimes they are necessary. Like if

you are linking to a shopping cart and want the user to stay at the point of

the flash presentation where they ordered the product. I use pop-ups for

that alot. There are other valid uses that are implementing popups that

aren't doing it just for the novelty.


Any JS gurus out there that could help verify that this is one to stick

with - of course til a new browser hits.


I'm changing my tute soon, after I go change the old implementation at a

bunch of other web sites I built.
