or save yourself alot of time and download this (free) app that
someone put together that converts avi/mpeg etc into swf. Just
import that into flash and you're done. I'd love to give you the
url, but I lost all my bookmarks, reinstalled OS over the weekend
and forgot to back 'em up. So if someone knows the program i'm
talking about (vid2swf) and has the url :-)
