i'm no flash expert, but will work towards it as I love this stuff!
anyhow, i've just completed my first almost full flash project (the online
registration is done via CF). it was an excellent learning experience.
check it out if you like: www.clemsonsocceracademy.com resources that
helped were flashkit.com and this list. the folks on here are superstars
willing to share. i made one index.fla with several mc. when you preview
the movie clip a swf file is created. those files are loaded separately and
only when selected. this really helped decreasing file sizes. naming
conventions can save time (in terms of the library, layers, labels, and
instances). you'll do great, and when you run into something confusing turn
to the list.
