Okay look at it like this (imagination time)....
You have a deck of cards, and the MC's are the cards.
Now, if you have too many cards in your hand, it's
harder to control and manipulate .... basically you
have alot of data you need to access, its slow and not
really the best way to handle it.
But if you have the cards spread out, you know where
they are and can access them faster, because you can
see them clearly and you'll be able to get what you
want, when you want it.
I do have to stress that when you definitely need to
label your frames (just like a couple of the guys have
already stated). When you need to look for a frame
(or point an action to it), it's TONZ easier to see
than looking for a number in the timeline (especially
when you're 6 hours into a FLA and your eyes are red
and burning).
