I absolutely second (or is it third or fourth?!) that.  This may have been 

said (I haven't read all the posts yet), but if you add or subtract frames 

during final edit or any time in the future, by using labels you avoid 

having to renumber or trying to find why something is not playing as it 

should (especially when you're 6 hours into a FLA and your eyes are 

red........etc....at that point I'm lucky if I can still SEE the thing!!
