Frame rate is dictated by the level0 movie. It doesn't matter what a loaded

swf movie is set to. If your main (level0) movie is set to 10 fps it won't

change.

I have a main.swf with frame rate 10, and I use Load Movie to load a

movie (say A.swf) with frame rate 20. Will A.swf's frame rate be

affected by the main.swf rate? Will A.swf still plays at 20fps??
