I also got the 'Flash Actionscript f/x & Design' book...which is probably a
good book for those new to actionscript. Also try the tutorials and
examples at www.flashkit.com A great resource in general for all flash
developers.

Hi, I'm just starting to work myself through 'Flash ActionScript f/x&Design
(by Bill Sanders) and i find it very clear and easy to understand. I also
bought Foundation ActionScript (FriendsofEd) and that seems like a good book
too.
