Screen Capture Question

I am currently working on a project that requires a lot of screen captures

of the software (boring I know, but that's what they want). Anyway, every

time I import a screen (png format) and resize it to fit the stage it

becomes unreadable. We have tried resizing them before import in Photoshop

and Fireworks and they get blurry every time. Is there a setting in Flash

that keeps this from happening? Or has anybody else had to deal with screen

captures and know a work around???


Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
