Loading Large MC's

    Hi All

I have multiple scenes where viewer answers questions, the first 5 are all 

stills but then I have Mc's of video which are quite large, I am struggling 

to try to load them so not to slow down the whole movie but to also have the 

MCs loaded "or almost 75%"

when the viewer get to the MCs

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
