Having troubles loading swf. into parent

Hi,

I am having trouble loading individual swfs into a parent movie.  Does 

anyone know of a good tutorial which might turn the light on in my dark 

brain?  I am looking to load a sound swf, as well as other individual swf 

files onto a parent.  Thanks
